Undid the mass change that ended up stopping some pens from upgrading. Reverted to and manually fixed each section. Fixed disappearing pens. Added the ability to craft Ginger Seeds (drop a message if a seed is uncraftable, it gets fixed quickly) FertileSystem being worked on, will release after stable on my semi-public server.

Changed Pen Harvests to now allow the collection of Bones, minor change. Recipes that required drinkCanRiverWater now require drinkJarBoiledWater Wok Quest now requires the user to obtain a Wok. Removed some update timers on the Full "Animal" Pens so that they should no longer disappear after some time. If this persists, please report it.

Removed check for FertileLevel which would make it so you were unable to replant a crop on the Farm Plots. Until we work in a feature to re-fertilize farm plots we have just disabled this feature for now. (Thanks to SoDeadPhredd) Another from SoDeadPhredd for pointing out that I missed a small bit of stuff to remove from a portion of the file we may have finally fixed the disappearing animal pen issue. We've added more keys to the quests file so localization for other languages just got easier!
