Corrected item names and descriptions for UHPC materials, components, and tools. Fixed crafting menu visibility Corrected item category/group assignments that prevented UHPC recipes from appearing normally in workstation crafting lists. Recipes no longer require manually searching for them before they can be selected. Added new UHPC Admixture used in the production of UHPC Mortar. Crafted at the Chemistry Station in batches of 5 using Acid, Scrap Polymers, and Boiled Water. Acid is now processed into Admixture instead of being consumed directly by every batch of Mortar, creating a more balanced late-game resource bottleneck. Reworked the Mortar production chain around the new UHPC Admixture and made it craftable in Cement Mixer. Updated crafting categorization so UHPC Mortar correctly appears in the Chemistry Station menu. Reduced the cost of upgrading existing Steel blocks to UHPC from 5 UHPC Mortar to 3. The UHPC Power Drill now properly unlocks and increases in crafting quality alongside the Nailgun progression in Repair Tools. Refreshed supporting UHPC component artwork for a more consistent visual set.
