A problem was found with unlocking trader biomes - specifically that it can lead to no traders in the Pine Forest which breaks the Intro quest. Until I can figure out a better solution, I am disabling unlocked trader biomes.

Permanently removed the disabled code that allowed traders to spawn in another biome as that was fixed and released in a separate mod (Unlocked Traders). A bit of code cleanup and some more helpful comments. No visible changes from 1.1.0.1.
