Protocol 13 Overhaul Pack

## Before you install
1. Open your 7DTD **`Mods`** folder (client and dedi if you host).
2. **Delete** any existing **`Harmony`** folder inside `Mods` (the pack ships its own).
3. **Empty** the `Mods` folder completely before the first loader install — leftover mods cause conflicts.
4. Then install / update through **7Day Loader** only.
## How to
1. Download and install **7Day Loader**
2. Point it at your empty **Mods** folder.
3. Update the Protocol 13 **Full Pack** (or the mods you want).
4. **EAC OFF** (`-noeac`) · **V3.1**.
5. Same content on **client** and **dedi**, then restart the server.
## Notes
- Windows / browser may warn (unsigned Setup): not malware — Keep / More info → Run anyway.
- Do **not** drop the pack into `Mods/` by hand; use the loader so client and dedi stay aligned.
- After the first clean install, use the loader for updates (do not mix random third-party mods into the same `Mods` folder unless you know what you are doing).
