Four new vehicles: City Bus, Pickup Truck, Sedan and an Off Duty police car without the siren. Vehicle names now show up properly instead of the internal name. New horns on the army truck, excavator and hospital bed. Recipes rebuilt. Every vehicle is now built from the same parts as its vanilla counterpart plus a small surcharge, instead of needing a finished vehicle.
