White River Territory MOD Bot — The Management Bot That Turns Your 7DTD Server Into an RP Server (Testers Wanted)

White River Territory MOD Bot (nicknamed GameManager) is a Discord bot that turns your 7 Days to Die server into an RP (role-play) server using nothing but in-game chat commands. It’s the same bot running on the official 7DAYS.JP server, and we’ve started distributing it to friend guilds. This article sums up what it can do and how to set it up, and at the end we’re looking for testers.

What can it do?

Everything runs from in-game chat (like /job). No special client-side MOD is required, and it works even on cross-play servers where MODs can’t be installed (as long as the server supports telnet + WebAPI).

🎮 Cross-play-compatible RP jobs

You can role-play “jobs” that earn you income once you take them on, all through chat.

• Courier / Taxi … deliver cargo or passengers to their destination for a fare
• Cook / Farmer … grow crops in your field and turn ingredients into meals. Hospitality buffs
• Paramedic … treat the wounded for a fee
• Tamer … release prey into the hunting grounds and sic wild beasts on targets
• Bounty Hunter × Wanted / Courier × Underworld … a symmetrical game of the hunter and the hunted
• plus Civilian, Zombie Hunter, Mail Carrier, and more

💰 Wallet economy & factions

• Coin wallets, daily bonuses, faction membership, shared storage, and personal storage
• Automatic granting/removal of Discord roles based on your faction and the server you play on

🔗 Server operations integrated with Discord

• Chat relay between in-game chat ⇄ Discord
• Join/leave notifications, online status, scheduled events / stage display
• Management via slash commands (granting XP, notification settings, server registration, and more)

🌐 Japanese & English support (both input and replies)

• Commands are English by default. For Japanese speakers, there are romaji and kanji aliases (e.g. /heal = /chiryo = /治療)
• Replies can be set per server. English guilds get replies in English, Japanese servers in Japanese (no dual-language text).

How setup works

An important point: the bot is designed so that a single process watches multiple servers. When you add it to your guild, the same bot simply joins your guild too — you don’t need to stand up a server on your end.

1. Add the bot to your own Discord server via the invite link (bot + applications.commands scopes)
2. Run /register in your server to draft-register your 7DTD server
3. The secret-sensitive finishing steps, such as entering the telnet password and activating it, are handled on the owner’s side (for safety)
4. Once complete, RP jobs, roles, and chat integration will be running on your server

🔒 We will never share the bot’s token or secrets. All you receive is an invite link.

Testers wanted

We’re currently looking for friend guilds to try it out as app testers. Send us your Discord username through the form below. The owner will add you as a Discord app tester and hand you an invite link.

⚠️ Being added as an app tester requires a registered email address on your Discord account. Invites are manually approved (since this is a small-scale trial run among close contacts).
