Rebalanced high-tier zombies — Toned down the sudden health spike on the “Spectral” tier.
Wound infliction now always active — The “hits inflict wounds” effect of high-tier zombies now works at all times, day or night.

High-Tier Zombie Balance
Toned down the health of the Spectral tier, smoothing out the sharp jump in strength coming up from the rank just below it (Charged).
The wounds inflicted on hit by high-tier zombies (bleeding, stun, sprains, etc.) are now always active, making them a threat not only at night but during the day as well. We recommend carrying healing items.
