🔑 Today’s Highlights
- Boss Contract Tickets now work properly. While working as a Zombie Hunter, you’ll receive a Boss Contract Ticket for every 25 zombies you kill.
- Elements that never used to appear now show up correctly. The supply crates around bears, as well as the medic NPCs (Chicken Nurses), now properly appear.
- Adjusted the skill-leveling balance for machine guns and power tools. They now level up at a rate that’s in line with other weapons and tools (note: levels you’ve already gained stay as they are — only your future progression changes).
✨ New Features & Changes
- Support for new jobs: Income is now displayed on the HUD for three more jobs — Mail Carrier, Farmer, and Cook.
- Boss Contract Tickets now have two ways to obtain them. In addition to the automatic hand-out for every 25 zombies killed, you can also get them from the trader’s contract pool.
- Stabilized the Boss Contract quest flow. When you use a ticket, a boss and horde spawn right in front of you → survive and defeat them → get your reward, making for a clear, no-confusion flow (all 6 stages).
- Reorganized challenge rewards. Challenge rewards have been unified into coins and experience.
🛠 Bug Fixes
- Supply crates now function correctly. Fixed an issue where they internally failed to appear in some cases.
- Medic NPCs (Chicken/Nurse) now appear. Fixed a bug where they had never shown up before.
- Fixed the skill LV/XP display for equipped items. Fixed a bug where the HUD showed “0” when holding Tasa weapons, bows, shovels, sledges, spears, and the like — it now shows the correct proficiency.
- Fixed a bug that made Boss Contract quests impossible to progress. Resolved an issue where the objective marker turned into “–” or an X, preventing you from advancing.
Note: Applying these changes requires a restart of the 2F server (once everything is ready, we’ll restart with approval).
