Added missing localization entry for the Street Sweeper vehicle entity, so both the placeable item and spawned vehicle use the correct display name. (Big thanks to flatlanderone!)
Temporarily reworked the vehicle audio setup to a single-gear custom sound profile.
Added custom Street Sweeper sounds for:
Idle
Driving
Engine start
Engine stop
Work mode
This audio setup is temporary. Multiple selectable sound profiles are planned for a future update and will be configurable per client through the mod config.

·	Added the new Turbo Engine vehicle modification.
o	Increases normal top speed to 30 km/h.
o	Increases Shift boost top speed to 40 km/h.
o	Raises Work Mode speed from 15 km/h to 25 km/h.
o	Increases engine torque by 20%.
o	Cannot be installed together with the vanilla Super Charger.
·	Added a dedicated Turbo Engine recipe:
o	2× Engine
o	10× Short Iron Pipe
o	25× Forged Steel
o	15× Mechanical Parts
·	Turbo Engine unlocks at Vehicles crafting skill level 30.
·	Added functional brake lights.
o	Rear lights brighten while braking with SPACE.
o	Brake lights also work when the normal vehicle lights are switched off.
·	Increased the Street Sweeper's braking force for significantly shorter stopping distances.
·	Added improved engine braking when releasing the throttle.
·	Reduced engine braking specifically in the 25 km/h Work Mode for smoother working-speed control.
·	Added speed-dependent steering behavior for improved stability at higher speeds while keeping full steering range at low speeds.
·	Improved high-speed handling for the new 40 km/h Turbo Engine configuration.
·	Updated Turbo Engine progression display so the correct Vehicles 30 unlock requirement is shown.
·	Updated the Street Sweeper item icon.
·	Fixed the Street Sweeper not appearing correctly in the vehicle/waypoint list.
·	Removed the repetitive suspension impact/clacking sound during cornering and driving over uneven terrain.
·	Improved overall braking and coasting behavior to better match the weight of the Street Sweeper.
