更新履歴(changelog)
- On a server, ticking BOOKS, CARS or any other contents box emptied the list. Game 3.2 changed what a joined client is told about the world's POIs: the server now sends a short description of each one and the client holds an empty stand-in, so the mod was counting what is inside a POI by walking air. Every POI came out holding nothing and a contents filter hid them all. Singleplayer and hosting were never affected. A POI the server only described is now read from your own game files instead, by name, a few per frame while the map is open. The first time you open the map after joining, rows read "counting..." and fill in over a few seconds; after that it is done until you leave. Nothing is asked of the server, and the server still does not need the mod.
- Sleeper counts were blank on a server, for the same reason. They come from the same local read, so the zeds column and the danger line in the tooltip are back.
- The preview photo was missing on a server. It is now found by name.
- Thousands of street tiles and driveways were listed as tier-0 POIs on a server. Only visible with T0 ticked. A quest tag now needs a name to count.
- A POI that exists only on the server cannot be counted. A custom POI you have not installed has no file on your machine to read. It keeps its marker, name and tier; it has no contents or sleeper count, and a contents filter leaves it out. The log names the ones it could not find.
- The census log line reports the blocks it found beside the cells it searched, so an empty answer reads as one.

- POI contents census: find POIs by books, cars, guns, medical, tools, safes, workstations, growing crops. Tick one category and the list sorts by most-first.
- Sleeper count, volume count and footprint per POI.
- POI preview photo — the game's own render, which vanilla never displays.
- Traders are named ("Trader Jen"), and search matches the trader name.

更新履歴(changelog)
- **Your settings survive updates.** Editing `poimap.xml` never lasted — every update overwrites it. Put
the handful of attributes you want changed in `poimap.local.xml` beside it instead; they override the
shipped values and nothing writes over them, because that file is in no release. Same attribute names
and same malformed-value fallback, and the overrides are logged at startup.
- **POI markers are proper map icons now.** They were drawn with `ui_game_symbol_brick`, a filled
brick-wall symbol that shows up as a solid box at marker size (a stark white box once the click-highlight
tints it). POIs now use the game's own on-map house glyph and traders its trader glyph, so a marker reads
as an icon — still tinted by difficulty tier — instead of a coloured square.
- **Click a POI, and it's now highlighted on the map.** Selecting a row in the panel recentres the map on
the POI as before, but the target is now drawn forced-visible (even under fog, where its marker used to
be culled entirely), always named, and larger in a bright highlight colour — so you can pick it out of a
crowd of markers and drop your own waypoint. Tunable in `poimap.xml` (`highlightSelected`,
`colorSelected`, `selectedScaleMul`); the highlight clears when the map closes.

更新履歴(changelog)
- **The `BOOKS` filter counted bookcases, not books.** A block only counted if its loot list was one of
five book-furniture ids, so ticking the box ranked POIs by how much book-shaped furniture was standing
around. The README and both store pages promised the opposite — *"a bookstore is not the best place to
find books… tick BOOKS and the list will tell you so"* — which it could not do, because
`PoiSort.Magazines` existed, was wired into the comparer, and was never assigned by anything.
`BOOKS` now ranks on expected yield across every container in the building, which is the number that
answers "where should I drive?". The label stays `BOOKS` rather than `MAGS` because, sitting next to
`GUNS` in the filter row, a magazine reads as ammo.
- **You choose what `BOOKS` counts.** Three separate progression currencies, and pooling them is a
ranking convenience rather than a claim that they are interchangeable — so `booksCountMagazines`,
`booksCountPerkBooks` and `booksCountSchematics` each turn one on or off. Chasing crafting skill?
Magazines alone. Hunting a recipe you don't have? Schematics alone. The hover tooltip lists exactly
what is being counted, so it and the list column can never describe different things. All three off
is refused — it would rank every POI at zero, which reads as a broken mod rather than a choice.
- **Schematics were never counted at all.** The offline table classified an item as readable with
`name.startswith("schematic")`, but schematic ids are a *suffix* — `modGunBarrelExtenderSchematic`,
not `schematicModGunBarrelExtender`. That test matched exactly three items, all abstract `*Master`
templates no loot group can roll, so all **70** real schematics scored zero from 0.2.0 onward. Fixed
to the suffix; **51 containers** turn out to yield schematics.
- **The numbers follow your character.** `perkIntellectMastery` rank 2 ("Bookworm", needs Intellect 7)
adds a flat 25% chance of an extra book, magazine or schematic — to 87 of the game's 339 container…

- **Ticking any category hid almost every POI — on a server, from 0.2.0 onward.** Found by asking why
*U.S. Army Post #7* was missing with `Military` ticked, when it holds two army trucks and the census
classifies both correctly. It was never a `CARS` bug: `base_military_01` had **no contents at all**, and
neither did 2150 other POIs.
The POI index is built as soon as the prefab decorator has anything, and rebuilt when its count changes.
Joining a server, that is `24 POIs out of 25 decorations` at 63 s and `2175 out of 8061` at 118 s as the
world streams in. `PoiCensus.StartAsync` opened with `if (Ready || …) return;` — so the first, tiny
index was censused, `Ready` went true, and the call for the real index returned without doing anything.
Every POI outside the join-time bubble kept `Contents == null`, failed the `CategoryValue > 0` test that
a ticked category applies, and vanished from the list. Ticking `CARS` on a fresh join left a couple of
dozen POIs out of two thousand — which looks exactly like "the filter is too strict" rather than "the
data isn't there", so it survived four releases.
The census now takes the newest work handed to it and never drops it: a call arriving mid-walk is queued
and picked up when the walk ends, rather than being discarded because one was in flight. `Ready` no
longer gates re-running, since it only ever meant "there is *an* answer", not "the answer covers the
POIs you are looking at".
Two things had to change with it, or the second pass would have been computed and then ignored.
`PoiIndex.JoinContents` was a once-flag, so the entries built by the second index would never have been
given the results — it now re-joins whenever the census publishes a new `Version`, and the flag is
cleared when the index is rebuilt. And an open map now redraws when a new census lands, instead of
showing whatever was loaded when you opened it until you touch a tickbox.
- **`CARS` could not find you a police car.** It counted every vehicle equally, wh…

- **Claims game 3.2.0.** `GAME_VERSIONS` widens from `V3.0.0-V3.1` to `V3.0.0-V3.2.0`.
Verified in game on a real V3.2.0 b10 client, not inferred: see `VERIFIED` for what was
actually exercised. No behaviour changed — this release is the claim and nothing else.

- Settings apply live - no more restarting the game. Save poimap.xml or poimap.local.xml and an open map picks the change up within a second; with the map shut, it is in place the moment you open it. That includes the switches that reshape the panel (showLootContents, showPreviewOnHover, spoilerFree) and the marker icon. A half-saved file is ignored and the settings already in effect are kept until it parses. With the Control Panel mod installed, its edits apply live too.
- You can show only traders. defaultTiers="none" unticks every tier, so with traders on the map shows traders and nothing else. Before this, an empty tier list silently meant all five tiers.
- New TR tickbox on the tier bar for traders, and the T0 tickbox works - it used to do nothing whichever way you clicked it.
- The tier bar remembers: what you tick on it is saved to poimap.local.xml, so the map opens the way you left it.

- Claims game 3.3.0. No code changed. Game 3.3 is the stable release now and this mod already works on it, so the supported range widens from V3.0.0-V3.2.0 to V3.0.0-V3.3.0. Checked, not assumed: every game member the DLL binds to resolves against the 3.3.0 (b18) build, every Harmony patch target is still there, and the mod loads on a 3.3.0 dedicated server with no errors. It has not yet been played on a 3.3 game: no 3.3 client was available when this was cut.
