- Added mod profile system 1which checks the server you are connecting to has the correct mods
- Severs will now share their mod list and their configuration with the player. If the player does not have the correct mods at the correct versions, they cannot connect!

- Note: You will need to also install the Physgun addon in order to spawn/craft it. You can also change if it is usable only by admins in the settings for the addon

- Presets can be created through the mod settings menu
- Other mods can easily configure settings through the use of a `ModSettings.xml` file
- You can also use these settings in xml by wrapping value in #, for example `<parameter name="example">#MODNAME.SettingName#</parameter>`

- Note: Your current/older saves will migrate absoultely fine
- Year is drawn on the hud just above the compass
- Notes (and the new books) now have a year they are written

- Cars have a year of manufactury. After a few years, cars will need more repairing.
- You can change the starting year in the mod settings, by default, the game is set in 1993. This is only for lore purposes and does not effect anything.
