🚑 The Paramedic is a medical job that earns money by treating the wounded. It’s the unsung hero who supports fighting allies from behind. No MOD required—you can play it with chat commands even on cross-play servers.
How to Earn
/heal <相手>… Treats a wounded player nearby (within 15m). They receive an HP-recovery buff, and you get paid (the same target has a cooldown for a set time, and there’s a daily cap on treatment rewards)./medic… (For the wounded) Calls a paramedic. Your location is sent to any active paramedics.
How the Wounded Get “Found”
For paramedics, the system automatically notifies you of nearby wounded players. When a player’s HP drops significantly, the nearest paramedic gets a pm saying “Wounded 〇〇 (HP 〇) is in this direction”—making you a dependable presence who rushes in before even being called.
Tips for Playing the Role
- The more you stick to the battlefields (hordes, PvP, dangerous biomes), the more patients keep coming.
- Having one in your party makes a huge difference in survival rates. It pairs perfectly with combat jobs.
On MOD Servers, “Downed & Revive” Too
On servers with the MOD installed, you can revive allies on the spot after they’ve fallen in combat (on cross-play servers, your scope covers recovery treatment only).
Take up the job from the Job List page, or in chat with /job 救急隊員.
