This update adds seat mod support to the backhoe (+2 seats), tractor (+2 seats) and forklift (+1 seat). I Moved all strobing lights to the light mod (normal headlights without mod). I tweaked the models some more to adjust smoothing groups and some mod meshes. I changed the display names to match the in-game names (this will not break saves). I did some more cleanup work.

Improved the model for the homemade 3 wheeled motorcycle. Fixed the drifting issue on the motorcycle with sidecar. removed the invalid emissive setting on the rickshaw, sorry powertrooper1 you were correct, that was a bug.
