Realistic Weapons and Attachments

FIXED:
Weapon and magazine names now appear. Localization correctly nested in Config/ and converted to csv
New loot groups were appended to the end of loot.xml, but the vanilla groups referencing them appear earlier in the file.
.44 Magnum conversion on the Winchester Model 1892 now applies. Every damage effect on .44 ammunition is tag-gated to perkGunslinger, while the Winchester is a perkDeadEye weapon.
The loot rolls that fit attachments to looted weapons listed only attachment tags and omitted magazine tags entirely. Nine of the sixteen affected weapons are magazine fed, so a looted gun arrived permanently stuck at its single chambered round. Magazines are now included in every roll.
Origin-12 suppressor profile. The shotgun silencer gained the Origin-12 but not its sound and barrel-offset overrides, so it fell back to a generic profile. Corrected.

CHANGED:
Magazines are individually tagged. Each magazine now carries its own install tag rather than sharing one per weapon. No difference in play but it lets loot target a specific capacity, which is what makes the spawn weighting below possible.
Pre-modded weapon spawns reweighted. Measured across all affected weapons: magazines 59%, reflex sights 18%, laser and flashlight 18% each, suppressors 5%, 8x scopes under 1%. Weapons that support multiple trigger groups always spawn with one, split 75% semi, 15% burst, 10% full auto. Ammunition accompanies every weapon roll, weighted 60% ball, 30% hollow point, 10% armour piercing.

ADDED:
Optional preloaded magazines. An included DLL fills the magazines of firearms produced by loot containers.
*Note that the mod now ships a DLL and is therefore no longer purely server-side. If that matters for your server, the DLL can be removed from the folder and everything else continues to work.
