kfear’s Admin Portal and Plus Anti-Cheat

- **Branded throughout.** The kfear wordmark now heads the portal and the
sign-in page. It is neon-on-black artwork, so it sits on its own dark panel
rather than inheriting the page - it reads correctly in both the light and
dark themes instead of dropping a black rectangle onto a cream background.
- **New Server health panel on the Overview page.** CPU, memory, frame rate,
uptime and disk, with meters on the figures that have a real ceiling:

- **Live world census** - what is actually alive out there right now: zombies,
animals (with the hostile share called out), players, vehicles and dropped
items. Loose items are worth watching: they are the classic silent drain on a
long-running server.
- Memory and frame rate are read the same way the game's own `mem` console
command reads them, and were checked against it.
- **New Server config page — edit `serverconfig.xml` from the browser.** Every
setting in the file, grouped by the file's own section headings, each showing
the game's own explanation of what it does plus its type, default and permitted
range. Numbers get a clamped number box, on/off settings get a dropdown, and the
search box filters by name or help text.
- **Every setting is tagged `live` or `restart`**, so it is clear which changes
take effect immediately and which wait for a reboot. The tag is self-checking:
a setting the running game no longer recognises falls back to `restart` rather
than promising an update that never lands.
