Updated Spears a bit in Ragnarok Weapons. Glaives are now slightly longer range while Spears keep the armor pen (to add more identity between the two). Also fixed a couple of discrepancies with Armor localization vs the UI Display in Ragnarok Armor.

Fixed Legendary Sniper Rifle hold type. Moved the increased trader stage from Daring Adventurer to Better Bartering and then increased the dukes gained on Daring Adventurer to balance it out. (Better Barter just seemed to make a lot more sense to host both the buy/sell amounts and also trader stage).

Fixed an error with Better Barter giving more bartering than intended and updated the descriptions on Better barter.

Overhauled Nerd Armor. Flipped the 2 piece set bonus (damage on ranged, speed on melee now) and changed the 4 piece set bonus to a stacking buff for you and your allies. Melee turret stacks faster and having more turrets out will stack faster.

Removed loot speed from perception as it could cause issues if it got over 100% reduction. Also fixed Bluehoney smoothie only showing 5% infection cure (it does 10%) and a couple foods showing the wrong amounts in the localization file.

Fixed an error in Dangerous Debuffs where the "activity makes sprained/broken arms worse" didn't apply. FIxed an error in the Perk Overhaul where the exploding arrows didn't properly get the armor piercing. Fixed an error in Ragnarok Farming where the chance to find Farming Magazines lowered after 20 read instead of 50.
