- Reworked the fixed backpack-header deposit/withdraw buttons into a draggable floating wallet toolbar.
- The floating toolbar is attached to the stable `backpack` window group instead of fixed `windowBackpack` header coordinates, reducing overlap and click-blocking risks with large backpack, inventory UI, sort, lock, and quick-stack mods.
- The toolbar position is saved locally after dragging and restored the next time the backpack opens.
- Fixed the toolbar position being overwritten by backpack window-group layout, which could make it reopen near the lower backpack bar instead of the last dragged position.

- Added a white-to-gold breathing highlight to the floating toolbar deposit/withdraw icons.
- Added a slight wave phase offset between the two buttons so the wallet toolbar is easier to spot after opening the backpack.
