🌾 The Farmer is a peaceful production job where you grow and harvest crops in your fields. There’s no combat and no danger, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys steadily growing and reaping their harvest. Since it requires no MOD, you can play using chat commands alone even on crossplay servers where PS5, Xbox, and Steam players mix together.
How to Play (Plant → Grow → Harvest)
A Farmer’s field is a “virtual field.” You progress simply by typing commands into the in-game chat.
- Get hired:
/job 農家 - Plant:
/plant コーン(specify the crop name; 13 varieties in total) - Water:
/water— speeds up the harvest of crops currently growing (each plot has a cooldown) - Harvest:
/harvest— collect your grown crops all at once. The crop items drop at your feet, and you also earn coins - Check:
/farm— check your field’s status, today’s weather, and the crop list
Just like with one-off jobs, 90% of the harvest coins go to coins at your feet, and 10% goes to your faction’s shared funds. There’s a limit on how many plots you can grow at once, as well as a daily harvest cap (to prevent idle farming for profit).

Each crop has different growth times, yields, and rewards. The more premium crops that take longer to grow tend to bring in bigger returns.
Growth Speed Changes with the Weather
Your field has daily weather (determined by the in-game date).
- 🌧️ Rain · ☁️ Cloudy … crops grow well (faster growth)
- ☀️ Sunny … normal
- 🏜️ Drought … slow growth
You can check today’s weather with /farm. A little tip is to plant in bulk on rainy or cloudy days.
Harvests Flow as “Events”
A Farmer’s harvest flows into the site’s activity news feed and your faction’s activity feed. Rare crops like Super Corn, or a big bumper harvest all at once, are also announced server-wide. Fieldwork is a fine server event in its own right.
Flourish: Field Watcher
With /scarecrow, you can place a watcher (a chicken) in your field. It’s a little bit of liveliness that keeps an eye on your crops.
Set Your Own Farm Zone
When you want to limit your field to a specific area, anyone can register a zone. Run /farmzone a at the bottom-left corner of your field and /farmzone b (with no name) at the top-right corner, and a rectangular farm zone is registered. If you register without giving it a name, that single zone gets overwritten (give it a name and you can have multiple zones). Use /farmzone gate on to make planting “only allowed within that zone,” and /farmzone list to check it (by default you can plant anywhere).

It’s an easy job to get into where you can earn without fighting. Get hired from the job list page, or (on crossplay servers) just type /job 農家 into the in-game chat. Start by planting a single seedling.
