1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 7daystodie.jp / Project Rekt service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Nature of Service

This Service is a personal hobby project developed and maintained by an individual developer ("Developer") for the 7 Days to Die gaming community.

Key Points:
  • This is NOT a commercial service
  • Operated purely for community benefit
  • No revenue generation or profit motive
  • Limited resources and support capacity

3. Service Availability & Support

Support Limitations:

  • The Developer has limited technical knowledge and is continuously learning
  • Rapid support is NOT guaranteed - response times may vary significantly
  • Bug fixes and feature implementations occur on a best-effort basis
  • No service level agreements (SLA) or uptime guarantees

Infrastructure:

  • Server and hosting are personally funded by the Developer
  • Service may be interrupted or terminated with one month advance notice
  • Infrastructure costs are borne entirely by the Developer

4. Data Collection & Usage

The Service collects and stores the following information:

Discord Data:

  • Discord User ID (numeric identifier)
  • Discord username
  • Discord avatar URL
  • Server membership status

Steam Data:

  • Steam ID (64-bit identifier)
  • Steam group membership status
  • In-game statistics (if applicable)

Purpose of Data Collection:

  • User authentication and session management
  • Community features and group management
  • Game server integration and statistics
  • Service functionality and personalization

Data Protection:

  • Data is stored securely in MySQL database
  • Access limited to necessary service operations
  • No data sale or sharing with third parties
  • Data deletion available upon request

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Developer SHALL NOT be held liable for:

  • Service downtime or data loss
  • Bugs, errors, or malfunctions
  • Any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from Service use
  • Loss of game progress, statistics, or user-generated content
  • Third-party service failures (Discord, Steam, hosting providers)
  • Security breaches despite reasonable precautions

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not abuse or exploit the Service
  • Respect other community members
  • Comply with Discord and Steam Terms of Service
  • Not engage in illegal activities through the Service

7. Service Termination

The Developer reserves the right to:

  • Terminate the Service with one month notice
  • Suspend or terminate individual user accounts for violations
  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
Termination Notice:
  • Service closure will be announced minimum 30 days in advance
  • Users will have opportunity to export their data (if feasible)

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

7daystodie.jp / Project Rekt サービス（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. サービスの性質

本サービスは、7 Days to Die ゲームコミュニティのために個人開発者（以下「開発者」）が運営する個人的な趣味プロジェクトです。

重要事項:
  • 商用サービスではありません
  • コミュニティ貢献を目的とした純粋な趣味活動
  • 収益化や営利目的はありません
  • リソースとサポート能力には限界があります

3. サービス提供とサポート体制

サポートの制限:

  • 開発者は技術的知識が限られており、継続的に学習中です
  • 迅速なサポートは保証されません - 対応時間は大きく異なる場合があります
  • バグ修正や機能実装はベストエフォートベースで行われます
  • サービスレベル契約（SLA）や稼働時間保証はありません

インフラストラクチャ:

  • サーバーとホスティングは開発者が個人で契約・負担しています
  • サービスは1ヶ月前の事前通知により中断または終了される可能性があります
  • インフラコストは全て開発者が負担しています

4. データ収集と利用

本サービスは以下の情報を収集・保存します：

Discord データ:

  • Discord ユーザーID（数値識別子）
  • Discord ユーザー名
  • Discord アバターURL
  • サーバーメンバーシップ状態

Steam データ:

  • Steam ID（64ビット識別子）
  • Steam グループ参加状態
  • ゲーム内統計（該当する場合）

データ収集の目的:

  • ユーザー認証とセッション管理
  • コミュニティ機能とグループ管理
  • ゲームサーバー連携と統計機能
  • サービス機能とパーソナライゼーション

データ保護:

  • データはMySQLデータベースに安全に保存されます
  • 必要なサービス運用に限定してアクセスします
  • 第三者へのデータ販売や共有は行いません
  • リクエストに応じてデータ削除が可能です

5. 責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において:

開発者は以下について一切の責任を負いません:

  • サービスのダウンタイムやデータ損失
  • バグ、エラー、誤動作
  • 本サービスの利用から生じるあらゆる損害（直接的、間接的、付随的、結果的）
  • ゲーム進行状況、統計、ユーザー生成コンテンツの損失
  • 第三者サービス（Discord、Steam、ホスティングプロバイダー）の障害
  • 合理的な予防措置にもかかわらず発生したセキュリティ侵害

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。

6. ユーザーの責任

以下に同意していただきます:

  • 正確な情報を提供すること
  • 本サービスを悪用または不正利用しないこと
  • 他のコミュニティメンバーを尊重すること
  • DiscordとSteamの利用規約を遵守すること
  • 本サービスを通じて違法行為を行わないこと

7. サービスの終了

開発者は以下の権利を有します:

  • 1ヶ月前の通知によりサービスを終了する
  • 規約違反のため個別ユーザーアカウントを停止または削除する
  • いつでも機能を変更または廃止する
終了通知:
  • サービス終了は最低30日前に告知します
  • ユーザーは（可能であれば）データをエクスポートする機会があります

8. 規約の変更

本規約は定期的に更新される場合があります。本サービスの継続利用は、改訂された規約への同意とみなされます。重要な変更があった場合は通知します。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本国の法律に準拠します。
